Here you can download our Podcast show to use with any format wish.
Please burn them on a CD, print out the show notes, let as many people
hear the show that can, then go out and buy music from your favorite
bands from the show, usually through their website.

To download the Shows and Show Notes, click on “ITunes Media Rich”,

“Mp3 Format”, “Metalkast Show notes”, or “Mov Format” one at a
time, chose where you want the file to go, and you’re done.

What is:

ITunes Media Rich: This is the format that we broadcast our shows in.
Imbedded into the file are photos that change through the discussion and
hyperlinks to the topics and artists we are talking about or with. You
need iTunes free player to view this.

Mp3 Format: This is simply a ripped version of our “ITunes Media Rich”
format with out images and hyperlinks. This format allows you to play
it on any media player.

Metalkast Show notes: This is a simple .pdf that includes all of the
slides and hyperlinks that you would normally find on the “ITunes Media
Rich” version and in some cases notes and thoughts from the hosts.
